Membership Experience Co-ordinator wanted to deliver excellent experiences on a matchday for our growing fanbase to get involved with.

Bristol Sport is looking for team members that can be proud, passionate and dedicated to deliver the vision of inspiring sport

With growth on and off the pitch continuing at a rapid rate we are now looking for a number of membership experience co-ordinators to join the team ready for the new season. Within this role you will provide matchday experiences for supporters of Bristol City, Bristol Rugby and Bristol Flyers Basketball clubs.

This person must be driven to deliver the highest standards at all times.

Role to include:

  • Pre-match stadium tours
  • On and off-pitch activities e.g. flag bearing, pitch parades
  • Delivery of mascot and birthday party packages
  • Working with large groups varying sizes 10-50+

Candidate requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, proactive and confident
  • Experience in dealing with members of the public of varying ages
  • You will be required to carry out or provide a valid DBS check due to the nature of the role

We welcome applications of varying experience. Applicants must be 18 years and over.  Due to the hours worked you will need to have a reliable method of transport from the stadium.
