Which website should I be using to buy tickets online?
Head to tickets.bristol-sport.co.uk. The website is designed to work with Google Chrome and works best when viewed through this web browser.
I am a Season Ticket Holder but I do not know my Supporter ID. What is it?
Your Supporter ID is shown on the right hand side of your current Season Card, it starts with the number one & is seven digits long.
I have my supporter ID but do not know my password. What is it?
By default your password is your home post code, all lowercase & all one word (no capitals, no spaces). Eg for Ashton Gate the password would be bs32ej. If you are having any difficulty logging in to the website then please e-mail your Supporter ID to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name and a brief description of your problem.
Are there any additional fees to purchasing tickets online?
Home ticket prices are inclusive of all fees. Please note all online print at home and online load to member card transactions will be £1 cheaper. There is a £1 charge for postage. Away tickets are subject to a £1 booking fee.

Can I buy tickets in person at Ashton Gate?
No, ticket sales are only available online or by calling Supporter Services on 0117 9630 600 during the redevelopment of the Stadium. On a home matchday ticket sales are available in person at the South Stand Ticket Office only (subject to availability).
Can I choose my seats for an Away fixture?
No, tickets are issued in a systematic order as requested by the away club. On a home matchday away ticket sales are available in person at the South Stand Ticket Office, the Supporter Services team will offer you the best available seats in accordance with your preference (subject to availability).
Are there any additional fees to purchasing tickets in person?
Yes, a £1 booking fee will be added to each ticket purchased in person. This fee does not apply to CATS coach tickets.

I have ordered some tickets for collection, where do I collect them from?
Tickets will be available to collect from the Store, two working days (48 hours) after purchase.
All tickets, regardless of fixtures (Home or Away) will be available for collection at the South Stand Ticket Office on a matchday.
AWAY MATCHDAYS – Bristol City FC Only
I have lost/forgot my matchday ticket for an away fixture or my matchday ticket has not arrived in the post. What should I do?
Supporter Services can arrange a reprint of your ticket; let us know before 5pm on Friday (for weekend fixtures) or before 5pm on the matchday (midweek fixtures).
It’s Saturday, the office is closed and I don’t have my matchday ticket for an away fixture! What should I do?
Supporter Services send a list of all tickets sold to the away club. This list includes your name, post code and seat details. In principal the away club will be able to provide you with a reprint on the matchday. Present yourself at the ticket office and explain your situation on arrival.
It’s a matchday, I ordered a ticket for an away fixture but did not collect it from Ashton Gate. Where is my ticket?
Any uncollected away tickets will travel up on the CATS Coaches and then be taken to the Away Ticket Collection point (this differs from ground to ground, check bcfc.co.uk for match specific information). CATS Coaches aim to arrive two hours before kick-off, traffic permitting.
