After an absence of 20 years, Bristol City has brought back the much-loved purple and lime shirt as a third alternative strip for the 2014/15 campaign.
The colours are most famous for being on the kit City wore when they defeated Liverpool at Anfield in January 1994.
City actually had two purple and lime strips during the early 90s, but not since 1994 have they sported those colours in a competitive match.
Andrew Billingham, chief executive of Bristol Sport, said: “It’s been clear that there is a real desire for the club to have a purple and lime kit once more and we’ve been able to deliver a terrific kit which I’m sure will be very popular amongst supporters."
