Lee Johnson says he will make changes for tomorrow night's EFL Cup third round with Fulham at Craven Cottage (Wednesday, 7.45pm).
The City head coach is likely to be without Hordur Magnusson (toe) and Joe Bryan (dead glute), while Jamie Paterson is cup-tied.
Adam Matthews is available again after his hamstring problem, while Taylor Moore and Gustav Engvall look likely to make their debuts.
Johnson told Bristol City Player HD: "I think Taylor deserves his chance and we'll look at Gustav's fitness as well. We had him on the bench the other day and we could have probably got 20-30 minutes from him, but he's had more training under his belt now.
"Hordur Magnusson has lost one of his toe nails, so we won't risk him, and Joe Bryan is recovering from his dead glute muscle which he suffered on Saturday against Derby. Jamie Paterson is cup-tied, so he's unavailable too.
"I think both teams will make changes tomorrow, but there will still be two strong teams out there for the game.
"I've got to be careful because I don't want to put eleven players out there who have never played together before; I want to win the game and progress into the fourth round."
