Huddersfield Town v Bristol City
Sky Bet Championship
John Smith's Stadium
Saturday, December 12th (3pm)
Bristol City travel to Yorkshire to face Huddersfield Town this Saturday, December 12th (3pm) in the Sky Bet Championship.
All of the key information on Huddersfield Town can be found below:
The Terriers are currently two spots above City in the league table with two points. The Yorkshire club have recorded just two wins in their last ten matches, and were on a six-match winless run before a win against Birmingham City. Huddersfield possess the threats of Nahki Wells, Emyr Huws and former Bristol Rovers winger Mustafa Carayol but key midfielder Dean Whitehead misses out through injury.
David Wagner - German-born manager who was capped eight times by USA. His entire playing career was spent in Germany where he first went into management with Borussia Dortmund II. Wagner was Jurgen Klopp’s right-hand man at the club and was rumoured to be joining him at Liverpool but took the post at the John Smith’s Stadium instead. He suffered defeat in his first two matches in charge but recorded an impressive win against Birmingham City last time out.
Nahki Wells - Bermudan striker who started his career in his homeland and had a successful trial with Dutch giants Ajax but turned down a contract. He moved to England in 2010 to play for non-league side Eccleshill United before signing for Carlisle United a year later. His time at Brunton Park was short lived as he moved to Bradford City where he scored 53 goals in 111 appearances. His form led to a transfer to Huddersfield in 2014. Wells has five goals this season.
Jeremy Simpson is the man in the middle. He will be assisted by Thomas Bramall and Paul Graham. Eddie Ilderton is the fourth official.

LAST TIME OUT
Bristol City 1-3 Huddersfield (2013) - James Vaughan’s hat-trick boosted the Terriers survival hopes against already-relegated City. The former Everton grabbed two inside 13 minutes and completed his side’s scoring in the second-half. City managed a sole consolation through Lewin Nyatanga in injury-time.
