The Bristol Sport Store (including the online store) operates the following returns policy:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 28 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition for an exchange or full refund. Please enclose a cover letter explaining the issue with the products and your order reference.
- Please note personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Customised shirts with a player’s name and number cannot be exchanged, squad numbers will be correct at time of purchase. Bristol Sport takes no responsibility for squad number changes or player transfers.
- Should you have any issues regarding a return please feel free to contact us via email email@example.com.
- We recommend if you do return any products back to us you send it recorded delivery. Bristol Sport will take no responsibility for any returns lost in transit.
- If you receive any products that are faulty or damaged then please contact us via email with your order reference and if possible an image of the damage, we can then advise on the most suitable solution.
