Guide to Bristol Sport club accounts
A step by step guide to creating and accessing your Bristol Sport Club Account for online ticketing, retail, official club apps and Robins/FlyersTV.
Step One: Select Login on the Bristol Sport Website
Select Login in the top right corner of the website. This will be visible on the websites for Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears or Bristol Flyers.
Step Two: Create or Log in to your account
The Log in page will appear. If you have already created a Bristol Sport Club Account on any of our websites, a Robins/FlyersTV account, or an account for the Official Bristol City App, Bristol Bears App, or Bristol Flyers App, then you will already have an account and can log in using these details. Enter your email address and password and click “Continue”.
If you have not created a Bristol Sport Club Account then you will need to create one, select “Create Account” and the following will appear:
You will need to enter your title, name, date of birth, mobile telephone number, address, email address and a chosen password in order to create a Bristol Sport Club Account, then select “Continue”.
Please Note: Passwords must be between 8 - 16 characters long and contain at least one number, one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter.
Step Three: Confirm your Email Address and Activate your account
An email will have been sent automatically to your email address, once you receive the email there will be a link to select to activate your account. If you have not received the email please check your junk/spam folder in the first instance. If there is still no sign of it then click the link to resend the email or contact our Supporter Services team for assistance, either on 0117 963 0600 (Option 1) or by email at email@example.com.
Once you have activated your email the following page will appear.
Select “Click here to log in” and it will take you back to the page outlined in step two. Enter your email address and password and click “Continue”.
Step Four: Your Preferences
When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to update your preferences. This is your opportunity to tell us exactly what you would like to hear from us. Select the communications you would like to receive and select “Continue”. You are able to change your preferences whenever you like.
You will also now see that your name will be in the top right corner of the website rather than the option to log in.
Step Five: Review Your Bristol Sport Club Account
You will then be taken to your profile page. This has an overview of your details and has the options to update your profile, your preferences and to link your existing Supporter ID number to your account.
Step Six: Linking or creating your Supporter ID Number
If you have purchased Season Tickets, memberships or tickets with us before then you will have a Supporter ID number. You can find your Supporter ID number on your Season Ticket, Membership Card, previous tickets or confirmation emails from previous ticket purchases.
Enter your Supporter ID Number into the box to link to your previous ticketing account. Please note, your name and email address will need to match the Supporter ID number to link the accounts successfully.

If you have never purchased tickets with us before you can create a new account at the bottom of the page.
That’s it! You’ve set up your Bristol Sport Club Account and will now be able to navigate to each site using one single login.
