2020/21 report:

The data included in the report represents that of Ashton Gate Stadium only, it does not relate to Bristol City Football Club, Bristol Bears Rugby, Bristol City Robins Foundation, Bristol Bears Community Foundation and Bristol Sport Foundation.

Ashton Gate Managing Director, Mark Kelly, said: “At Ashton Gate Stadium, we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone is welcome, and to ensure that we have a healthy balance of gender diversity across all aspects of the business.

“We are constantly striving to remove any gender pay gap and have made good progress over the last few years to drive down the gender pay differential by 50%. Three years ago the average pay gap rested at 12% - this year it has been reduced to 6.4%. It shows we are moving in the right direction and will continue to strive for gender parity.”
