Following the announcement from football’s governing bodies that the professional game in England has been postponed until April 3rd at the earliest, all Bristol City men, women and Bristol City Academy games have been postponed.

Bristol Bears and Bristol Flyers are in close contact with Premiership Rugby and the British Basketball League respectively and are monitoring the situation closely.  We will continue to take the best advice from the relevant authorities.  We will update supporters with further developments as they happen across all of our channels.

Ashton Gate remains open for all meetings and events, with our coffee shop, Sports Bar and Bristol Sport Store operating normal hours until further notice.

Ashton Gate Managing Director, Mark Kelly said: “We are monitoring the situation on an hourly basis and will follow Government advice as and when it is released.

“We have implemented all best practices for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 and ask anyone that is displaying symptoms, or has been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms consistent with the virus – a high fever and/or a new continuous cough to self isolate as per NHS guidelines.  This is a fluid situation in which we will update clients and guests as soon as we hear more.”
