We are dedicated to delivering a high quality, safe environment for you and your children. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You have 14 calendar days to return a community product from the date you purchased it.

Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

The following T&Cs are in place:

15.1.1 Parents/Carers have 14 calendar days to return a community product from the date you purchased it. Any refund requests after this point will not be considered. The cost of any sessions that have already taken place will be deducted from the refund amount. 

15.1.2 If Parent/Carers are told that their requested sessions are available but they choose not to send their child, they will not be eligible for a refund for that session.

15.1.3 Parents/Carers may be required to remove the child temporarily or permanently if the conduct of the child is unacceptable. There would be no refund of fees in these circumstances.

15.1.4 If the club is forced to close because of circumstances beyond our control, (e.g. school closure due to floods or snow) we will not be able to refund fees.

15.1.5 Any exceptional circumstances shall be passed to the management team and a refund decision will be made at managers discretion.
