Ashton Gate Sporting Quarter
A 4000-seater Sports & Convention Centre (SCC) and home to the Bristol Flyers will sit at the heart of the scheme.
The Sporting Quarter will consist of the SCC; a hotel; a multi-storey car park; residential & office space; retail shops and gym.

Longmoor will provide approximately 500 much-needed residential homes.
Longmoor is just 500m from Ashton Gate. The site boundary ends at the metrobus route and there will be no development south of this.
