You can get the unique feeling of being behind the wheel with Dino Zamparelli thanks to Bristol-based company, Lobster Pictures. Using a cutting-edge multi-lens camera, they were able to film Dino’s recent practice session in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB at Croft Race Circuit from 360 degrees.
With the click of a button you can change the direction of the camera to see the lap from any angle (not compatible with Internet Explorer). Mobile users with the YouTube app can click here to view the video and use your phone to rotate the POV!
To make the experience even more immersive, the footage is also available to anyone with Google Cardboard. Google Cardboard allows you to transform your smartphone into a pair of goggles for an even better view. Dino will be at Bristol’s Sports Day on Saturday August, 1st on College Green demonstrating how to use Google Cardboard to watch his 360 degree video.
