You can get the feeling of being behind the wheel with Dino Zamparelli thanks to Bristol-based company, Lobster Pictures. Using a special camera, they were able to film Dino’s recent practice session at Croft Race Circuit from 360 degrees.

With the click of a button you can change the direction of the camera so you can see the lap from any angle. You can also transform your smartphone into a pair of goggles for an even better view by using Google Cardboard. This is a simple cardboard template that you fold around your smartphone to give you an almost virtual racing experience.

Dino will be at Bristol’s Sports Day on Saturday August, 1st on College Green demonstrating how to use Google Cardboard to watch his 360 degree video along with the Lobster Pictures team.

You can also learn some new skills from Bristol Rugby and Bristol Flyers who will be at Bristol’s Sports Day too.
