Oh no it isn’t! Oh yes it is… Ashton Gate will be hosting its first ever drive-in panto this Christmas, as Flix Drive-In will be presenting ‘Cinderella’ in a brand new, never before seen way.
Through a combination of movie and live performance, the Flix Drive-In Pantomime will entertain the whole family, ugly stepsisters and all, from the safety and comfort of your own car.
This performance has been adapted to bring panto to families in a safe way this Christmas, so there is no need to even leave your carriage! There’s no finding your seat, no queuing for popcorn and no risk of losing your glass slipper, as you can order your refreshments to be delivered straight to your car by our trusty elves.
And for the real tree topper, key worker Santa will be making a special appearance on the big screen, as he takes time out of his busy schedule making toys with the elves to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas straight from the North Pole!
So listen to your Fairy Godmother, as you shall go to the ball! Running every day at both 3pm and 7pm from Friday 18 December – Thursday 24 December, at £50 plus £2 booking fee per car, ‘yule’ be sorry to miss out on this traditional Christmas performance with a twist!
P.S. Don’t worry, you won’t need a gift receipt if COVID means you need to return your ticket, full refunds will be available for everyone should any Government restrictions mean the event cannot go ahead.
