The award goes to a coach that has helped bring young people into the game and helped inspire the next generation of young players with an engaging and fun approach to coaching.
Maialen, who also plays for Bristol Flyers Women, was the national winner of the Dave Fisher Award, following her work through the Greater Bristol community.
