Sri Lanka held their nerve to claim the Royal London Under-19 One-Day Series with one match to spare after a tense finish in Chelmsford.
Hankins fell agonisingly short of a century after making 98 from 144 balls to help England to 315-8 from their 50 overs, before the tourists sealed a one-wicket victory in the final over.
