The long-awaited rematch between Haskins and former champion Hall will take place on the undercard to Kell Brook’s middleweight superfight with Gennady Golovkin.
Haskins has the edge over his 36 year-old opponent, having beaten the Darlington-born boxer on points to claim the European Bantamweight title in 2012.
Hall is a former World Champion, holding the belt for a brief spell in early 2014 before losing the title on a split decision to Paul Butler.
Promoter Eddie Hearn is excited to see a World Title fight between two talented British boxers.
“September 10 has just become even bigger with this domestic world title grudge match added to the card,” said Hearn.
“It’s a real 50-50 clash and with the domestic 118lbs scene really hotting up, it’s a must win for both fighters.”
Haskins will be hoping for another strong performance following the Bristol southpaw’s unanimous decision win over Ivan Morales in his first defence back in May.
