The Bristol born singles player will link up with head coach Rebecca Pantaney and the rest of the newly formed squad later this year, in time for the start of the 2016/17 NBL season.
The 18 year old recently represented England seniors at the European Championships as well as winning the U19 English National Championships.
Ngan told Bristol Sport: “Signing for Jets was a no-brainer.
“We’re forming a fantastic, young and vibrant badminton team around Bex [Rebecca Pantaney] which we hope can be a force to be reckoned with in the NBL this season.
“I was born and raised in Langford, just outside Bristol so it was a completely natural choice to move to Bristol Jets. I’m hoping I can bring a raw determination and exciting style of play to the team and really entertain the fans.”
Ngan joins Bristol Jets from last season’s NBL Champions, Birmingham Lions.
Bristol Jet’s first home fixture will take place on Monday, January 9th with their opening fixture against Team Derby on November 7th.
