Bristol City and Bristol Bears fans will be treated to a new food kiosk as the Bristol brand sets up shop inside the stadium.

The Jolly Hog is run by three brothers, one of which is former professional rugby player Olly Kohn, who also runs the Wapping Wharf restaurant, Pigsty, with England rugby star Will Collier.

The new concession will join the other exciting food and drink outlets at the Stadium which include a Jamaican food offering, burgers, pizza, Mexican food, pie and mash as well as many vegetarian and vegan options too.

Ashton Gate Stadium General Manager, Ross Wormald said, “We are delighted to welcome a local family business from Bristol to our concessions at Ashton Gate Stadium.

“We feel that The Jolly Hog will add a different element to our current concessions offering on matchdays and we can’t wait to see what food options they have in-store for both our rugby and football fans!”

One of the members of the team, Olly Kohn added, “We are very excited about opening a permanent concession inside Ashton Gate.

“The Jolly Hog is a family business that started in Bristol and has always had strong links with rugby, so to be inside the ground at the start of what should be a very exciting season on the football and rugby front is great for us.

“We will be selling Jolly Dogs and pulled pork along with other great match day grub. All our pork is British, outdoor bred from RSPCA assured farms.”
