Hudson Accountants, in West Town Road, will take on three more staff after sealing a deal with Sarah Leighton Accountancy Limited.
The take-over will see Hudson Accountants increase their turnover 60 per cent, take on extra office space and provide a broader service to the combined client base.

Della, 46, said: “It’s an exciting move and it’s been able to take place pretty quickly because it involves a friend and somebody I trust.
“Sarah decided to work full time for a client and gave us this opportunity, which was too good to pass up on.”
The pair, who have worked together as members of a Nailsea and Backwell Rotary satellite group met shortly after Della moved to the area.
Sarah, who lives in Nailsea, said: “I’ve known Della for some time, in both a personal and professional capacity, and she was the first person I thought of to sell my business to.
“It was important to me to know it was going to be in good hands for the sake of loyal clients and staff. I have every confidence in Della and the team at Hudsons.”
