p>South West based Nicky Cerfontyne is the latest name to be added to the Jets roster as the start of their first season in the AJ Bell NBL draws ever closer.
The 29 year old, double time National Singles Champion, will link up with Rebecca Pantaney’s team on Monday for their first match of the 2016/17 NBL season versus Team Derby.
Cerfontyne said: “I am so excited to be joining a local club.
“It’s a really special opportunity to be part of a brand new team, and for it to be based in the South West just adds to the excitement.
“I hope my experience will add a great deal to the team. I have played in lots of different leagues in both the UK and abroad.
“I am a real team player and I hope my team spirit will shine through and help the squad in our first season in the league.”
