Bristol Jets Community badminton has launched a junior club in Portishead, which gets under way on Thursday, 4th October (5-6pm).
The club, supported by Badminton England, is based at Gordano School Community Trust Sports Centre and for children aged 6-16-years-old.
Run by qualified Level Two coaches, the first session is free and from then on, £4 a week, payable termly in advance.
Comfortable clothes and a drink are the only thing required, with all other equipment provided.
'We are delighted to be launching our third Jets junior badminton club in Portishead to offer even more young people the chance to play badminton on a weekly basis,” said community development manager, Claire Buckingham.
“Run by Level Two coaches, the quality of coaching will ensure the children learn new skills and develop their game in a fun and inclusive setting.”
