Supporter services closed

UPDATE: Bristol Sport supporter services will be closed today (March 2nd) due to the adverse weather conditions Bristol is experiencing.

Supporter services will reopen at 10am tomorrow (Saturday, March 3rd) for the Bristol City v Sheffield Wednesday game which will go ahead as planned (3pm).

Phone lines will be closed but supporters will be able to purchase tickets online from tickets.bristol-sport.co.uk.

Supporters can also email their queries to supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.uk – this is not a method to purchase tickets and sales remain online only.

Tickets purchased for collection for the Sheffield Wednesday and Jersey Reds games this weekend can be collected on the day from the ticket office, open from 10am on the day of the game. Tickets will not be available for collection from the Bristol Sport Store today.

Any tickets purchased for collection for future games will not be available for collection before the middle of next week.

Supporters are advised there will also be a delay on any postage orders until the weather resides.
