Thatchers Cider will feature on Bristol Rugby shirts again

Bristol Rugby and Ashton Gate Stadium will, once again, team up with Thatchers Cider ahead of the new campaign.

Thatchers will feature on Bristol Rugby’s home and away shirts as anticipation builds for the start of the Greene King IPA Championship campaign on Sunday, September 3rd.

Rugby and football fans can continue to enjoy Thatchers Dry, Haze and Gold on draught, throughout Ashton Gate Stadium and at the newly unveiled Wedlocks bar in the South / Dolman Stand corner.

“We’re delighted to see one of the most iconic beverage brands in the West Country extend their support to Bristol Rugby for another season,” said Ashton Gate Stadium’s managing director Mark Kelly.

“With a new chapter ahead under Pat Lam, it’s fantastic to see organisations like Thatchers supporting the club and buying into what we are trying to achieve.”

Martin Thatcher, managing director of Thatchers Cider Company, added: “The rugby club is a big part of Bristol’s sporting heritage and we’re pleased to be part of their journey to strive for promotion.

“At Thatchers, we value our heritage and our customers, which is why we’re delighted to bring our range of ciders to both clubs’ passionate supporters at Ashton Gate.”
