Video: Celebration of Sport Week 2018

More than 1,000 people of all ages graced the hallowed Ashton Gate pitch during Celebration of Sport Week 2018 - a four-day fun-filled festival of community sport.

Bristol Sport Foundation, Bristol City Community Trust, Bristol Rugby Community Foundation, Bristol Flyers Community and Bristol Jets Community all showcased their award-winning work during an action-packed week in BS3.

Bristol City head coach, Lee Johnson paid a visit to the Community Trust's day of delivery on Tuesday, presenting awards at the conclusion of the Primary Stars tournament. 

On Thursday, Mayor of Bristol, Marvin Rees was in attendance to watch more than 1,000 young peopel from Bristol Sport Foundation's Forever Sport programme play a range of sports on the Ashton Gate pitch, before the week concluded with a Corporate Tag Rugby tournament, which saw businesses from across the region face off to raise money for the sporting charities.
