Bristol Sport Foundation receives a large number of requests for donations and charity involvement each year. To help us support you please complete the 'Charity Request Form' below.
Bristol Sport Foundation is committed to working with the local community and recognise and appreciate the significance and hard work put into fundraising by not-for-profit organisations, sports clubs, charities and community groups.
We will read and consider every individual request. Every request that we receive has its own very worthy cause but due to the overwhelming demand we are sadly unable to help everyone. Regrettably, this means that if you do not hear from us within 4 weeks of submission your request has been unsuccessful.
We prioritise the fundraising efforts and support of organisations in the Greater Bristol area through the growth and development of sporting participation, sport-based education, health and well-being and inclusion, disability and equality. We do this through the supply of:
- A dedicated match day bucket collection where we can help to raise funding for your charitable/community work - Please note that any requests will be considered for the 2020/21 season as all collections for this season have been filled.
- Complimentary tickets; two tickets for an upcoming Bristol Sport fixture, subject to availability
- Signed merchandise; we can arrange for the relevant Bristol Sport squad to sign sporting merchandise that you have bought from the Bristol Sport Store at Ashton Gate Stadium.
On occasion, and subject to availability and training schedules, Bristol Sport Foundation can raise the profile of your programme or a community event through the supply of a player appearance. If you are making a player request, please let us know exactly what you would like the player/s to do and how their involvement will support your event.
Well done on all your fundraising initiatives, we wish you the best of luck and hope you find the support you’re looking for.
