Hall will be hoping for an impressive end to a season in which he has performed admirably in some challenging circumstances.

Beginning the season with a second-placed finish at Rowrah, despite some serious engine trouble in the heats, Hall then claimed podiums at Buckmore Park, Glans Y Gors and Whilton Mill – with the latter two races seeing the youngster take the win.

The Bedminster-based driver’s season culminated in an impressive double victory at Whilton Mill last out – Hall showing maturity beyond his years to clinch victory by over 5 and 8 seconds respectively in some extremely tricky conditions.

Ranked number one in the world in 2013, Hall is expecting his season to come to a close with a second-placed finish in the championship.

“I’m looking forward to putting in a solid performance this weekend. It’s a real shame that we had an engine failure at round 1. If it wasn’t for that, we would be favourite to take the overall title. I’m currently 3rd in the championship after playing  catch up all season. It is possible to finish 2nd if I have good results this weekend, which is something I’m aiming for.”

Connor’s final two races of the season take place this Sunday, September 27th.
