The 15-year-old Somerset driver hit the ground running with a win and second place finish in June, following this up with further podiums at the Nürburgring in August.
And as the competition moves to Hockenheim for the final weekend, the Mücke Motorsport driver hopes to sign off in the best possible way.
The ADD Motorsports-supported racer said: “I’ve really enjoyed this Championship, despite only competing across two weekends so far.
“It’s not easy changing from MSA Formula, to this, and back again, but it’s been a good experience and one I’ve learnt a lot from.
“Hopefully I can finish how I started with some more points and podiums.”
Lando sits at the top of the MSA Formula Championship with Carlin, but has fitted three weekends of racing in the ADAC Formula 4 Championship around it.
Amazingly, his results still see him sit in ninth place – and sixth in the Rookie Cup – despite missing five weekends of racing.
Practice at Hockenheim begins on Friday, with the first race taking place at noon on Saturday.
