The Bristol Sport racer announced a switch of team this week, linking up with GT Marques. The switch already appears to be a masterstroke – Dino showing strong form to qualify in second for race one.

Zamparelli carried that good form with him into the race to claim the win, and followed this up with second place in the second race of the day, before this was later upgraded to first following a penalty deduction for the winner. This puts Zamparelli in a fantastic position to clinch the Rookie of the Year title.

Speaking directly after the race Dino commented, “I feel really happy, today we showed what we could have done all year.

“It was the first time with this team this weekend, we switched teams this week and we crushed it today!”

A clearly ecstatic Zamparelli continued, “I’m very happy, very excited for Bristol Sport and the team GT Marques and for everyone who has supported me.

“It’s hard to keep going when you’ve not had results, but it’s such a turnaround this week. I’ve just done the same thing – I’ve driven the Porsche like I knew I could, and it’s come together.”
