Amongst the stars signed-up for the event are 90s pop sensation Lee Latchford Evans from Steps, Eastenders’ actor Jake Wood and TV personality Calum Best. They’ll be testing their footie skills alongside various Love Island stars including Luke Trotman, Nas Majeed, Jake Cornish and Brad McElland on the pitch at Ashton Gate Stadium, the home of Bristol City and Bristol Bears on Sunday, May 15th 2022, kick-off 3pm.
The Sellebrity Soccer event will be raising money for “Chloë’s Fight with Ewing’s”. Chloë’s life was turned upside down in May 2018 when she was given the horrifying news she had cancer. Chloë was just 15 years old and about to sit her first GCSE.
Chloë’s parents, Gary and Joanne said “Thank you to Ashton Gate, Bristol City and Sellebrity Soccer for making this match happen. We are really hoping to see lots of families/people there having a great time making memories, something Chloë and we would always say, is so important.
“We hope lots of people will come and have some fun while raising awareness and funds for Chloë’s fight with Ewings. Ewings sarcoma is a rare aggressive form of bone and soft tissue cancer.”
Turnstiles will open at 1:30pm to enable guests to enjoy all the build-up ahead of kick-off at 3pm. Guests who purchase the VIP package can also have access to our VIP lounge pre and post-game, and will have the opportunity to meet a handful of the stars after the match.
Ashton Gate Stadium hosted Sellebrity Soccer in May 2021 and raised an amazing £10,000 for Just 4 Children.
