Supporters attending City’s clash with Stoke and Bears’ meeting with Zebre donated an amazing 500 items to help the homeless and those who need it most.
Donations for Kitmas, St Mungo’s and The Teddy Trust are already going out to those who need them and everyone at Bristol Sport would like to thank our fanbase for their generosity and for the love and care they’ve offered to our community.
A spokesperson for Bristol Sport said: “At the weekend City and Bears fans showed incredible generosity to support our Christmas collections. This time of year can be difficult for many and the work of Kitmas, St Mungo’s and The Teddy Trust is vital.
“When you consider that this could mean 500 people being warmer, being fed, able to wash their hands to avoid bugs or receiving a Christmas present, it’s really quite something.”
