Bristol Rugby’s first team will hold an open training session on Friday, August 7th at 6.30pm, with Bristol City U18s facing Sheffield Wednesday U18s on Wednesday, August 12th at 7pm.
Both events are free of charge with tickets handed out on the gates on the night*. Tickets will be offered on a first come first served basis, with only the Dolman and South Stand open for the events. These events are open to season ticket holders (including those in the Atyeo Stand) only*. Gates open at 6pm.
The events will be the first chance for season ticket holders to step foot inside the South Stand sponsored by Dribuild and walk through the concourse linking the new stand with the Dolman.
Bristol Sport CEO Andrew Billingham commented: “These events offer a great opportunity for season ticket holders to experience the new South & Dolman Stands for the first time. It will be a vital exercise for us to see how the new stands and concourses will function on matchdays and to gather as much feedback as possible.”
The first official game to be played in front of the new South Stand will be held on Saturday, August 15th as Bristol City take on Brentford at 3pm, in the Sky Bet Championship. Due to safety restrictions, just 1,200 tickets will be available to home supporters for this game – with Forever Bristol members having the first priority.
